The Annual General Meeting is a members' only gathering to discuss the organization's performance and elect directors at large. Other activities of this meeting including review and approval of Financial Statements, presentation of committee reports and an opportunity to propose changes to the organization's bylaws.

Board of Directors Nomination Information

There are five (5) positions available for election to the Board; 

• 4 - Two (2) Year Term Director at-Large
• 1 - One (1) Year Term Director at-Large

We encourage nominations from all interested individuals, especially those:

• Experience with Parks, Trails and Green Spaces
• Experience with Aquatics
• Experience with Finance
• Expertise with Communications and Public Relations 
• Expertise with Instructional Design and Adult Education
• Those with interest in community development and non profit administration

According to organizational by-laws, all nominees must be in good standing with the organization and have an active membership by the annual general meeting date.

Nominations for Director at Large will open July 20, 2026 and close on September 1, 2026 at 4:00 pm CDT
